Joining RE/MAX Island Realty in 2016, Sarah immediately made an impact by earning Rookie of the Year honors with over $4.5 million in sales in her first 12 months. Since that breakout year, she has built a reputation for high-level negotiation, exceptional client care, and a results-driven approach. Powered by the global reach of RE/MAX and her custom, high-touch marketing strategies, Sarah consistently delivers top-tier results for buyers and sellers across the Hilton Head Island market.  She proudly transacted nearly $30 Million in real estate in 2025 but prides herself on still being able to work personally with each and every client.

Sarah began her Lowcountry career in hospitality and community leadership as the Director of Member Services at Wexford Plantation. Over her five-year tenure, Sarah worked closely with top regional realtors to market and elevate the prestigious private community, an experience that seamlessly sparked her transition into full-time real estate.

Sarah holds an undergraduate degree from Lynchburg College where she competed as a four-year collegiate tennis athlete. She earned her master’s degree in education from the University of South Carolina, Beaufort. Her deep-rooted connection to Hilton Head began during childhood family visits in the early 1990s, giving her an intimate knowledge of the island’s unique neighborhoods, lifestyle, and property values.

Residing in Jarvis Creek Club, Sarah is married to her husband, Alex and has two children, Landon and Harper. Sarah is passionately invested in the growth and community of the place she proudly calls home.
